摘 要:为研究虎源细小病毒的分子遗传特征,本研究从东北虎腹泻粪便样品中分离到一株虎源细小病毒(HRB-T2014)。对该分离株的VP2基因进行克隆测序分析,结果表明,HRB-T2014与虎源细小病毒FJ405225和HT-374的相似性最高,达到99.9%,而与犬源细小病毒相似性最低,仅为98.1%。VP2基因核苷酸序列系统发育树分析结果显示,HRB-T2014与虎源中国分离株位于同一进化分支,并与猫和貂细小病毒共处于猫细小病毒分支,而与犬细小病毒处于不同的进化分支。以上结果表明,HRB-T2014与猫源细小病毒具有共同的遗传起源。To analysis the molecular and genetic characteristics of parvovirus originated from tigers, a virus was isolated from Siberian tiger diarrhea stool. The isolate was identified as parvovirus by PCR and electron microscope examination, designated HRB-T2014 , The nucleotide sequence analysis of VP2 gene showed that the isolate shared the highest similarity (99.9%) with tiger parvovirus FJ405225 and HT-374, and only 98.1% similarity with the canine parvovirus. The phylogenetic tree analysis of VP2 gene showed that the isolate and the FJ405225 and HT-374 were classified into the same branches with the feline and mink parvovirus, but located the different branches with canine parvovirus. This study suggested that the tiger parvovirus of HRB-T2014 and feline parvovirus originated from the common genetic ancestors.
