摘 要:目的了解达州市某县重工业企业噪声作业人员听力损伤与心电图异常情况,分析作业场所噪声强度,为噪声防治工作提供依据。方法体检分析噪声作业人员听力与心电图,检测分析作业场所噪声强度。结果接触组听力损伤率和心电图异常与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。听力损伤率在行业、工龄、文化程度间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图异常率在行业、工龄间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在文化程度间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二项指标在性别间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。作业场所噪声强度在不同行业间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以水泥生产行业噪声强度最高。结论该县重工业企业噪声危害情况很严重,当地监管部门与企业应采取切实可行的防治措施。Objective To understand the situation of hearing damage and abnormal ECG among noise exposed workers in the heavy industrial enterprises in a county of Dazhou city, and to analyze workplace noise intensi- ty, and thus to provide a basis for prevention and control of noise. Methods The hearing and ECG of the noise exposed workers were tested and the workplace noise intensity was detected. Results The hearing damage rate and the abnormal rate of ECG both showed statistical differences between the exposure group and the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The hearing damage rate showed statistical difference in different industries, length of service and education level (P 〈 0.05 ) ; the abnormal rate of ECG showed statistical difference in different industries and length of service ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and no statistical difference was calculated in education level ( P 〉 0. 05) . The two indicators showed no statistical gender difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . In different industries, workplace noise intensity had statistical difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) , with the noise intensity of cement production industry as the highest. Conclusion The noise hazard in the heavy industrial enterprises of this county is con- siderably severe and feasible prevention and control measures should be taken by local authorities and enter- prises.
