摘  要:船舶艉部振动是船舶结构局部振动的主要形式,特别是船舶尾部结构有特殊设备或采用特殊的结构型式,如带尾滑道小艇、直升机甲板等对避免艉部振动有较高要求的船型时,需进行结构振动预评估,加之再采用可调距螺旋桨推进方式,螺旋桨转速变化范围较大时,更容易产生共振风险,因此有必要在初步设计阶段进行船舶的动力学特性预报。针对某型带尾滑道以调距螺旋桨方式推进的船艉部结构分别建立了整体和局部的三维模型,进行了艉部结构振动分析。通过对比分析整体和局部模型的计算结果表明,采用局部结构模型,加以适当约束,可以获得与整体模型相近结构的固有属性;通过建立局部结构模型的方法来进行计算确定其所需的固有频率,能够大幅度提高分析的效率。Stern vibration is one of the main forms of ship structure local vibration, especially for ship stern structures with special equipment or special structural configuration, such as small boat with stern ramp or helicopter deck, and other ship types that have high requirements on stern vibration prevention. Structure vibration assessment is then necessary. Additionally, if controllable pitch propeller propulsion is adopted, and the variation of propeller revolution is large, the risk of resonant vibration exists. Therefore, it is necessary to perform ship dynamic characteristic prediction in the preliminary design stage. Taking some ship stern structure with stern ramp and controllable pitch propeller propulsion as the object, the global and local 3D models are established to perform stern structure vibration analysis. Through the comparison between global and local model calculation results, it is found that using the local structure model with proper constraints, the structure inherent properties similar to the global model will be obtained; and by using the local structure model method for natural frequency calculation, the analysis efficiency can be improved significantly.
