针药并用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气滞血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针药并用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取110例CAG患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各55例,2组均给予西药维酶素片治疗,治疗组加用中药联合针灸治疗,治疗6个月后观察2组治疗前后主要临床症状积分、胃镜影像变化、临床疗效和不良后果。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.73%与67.27%,治疗组明显优于对照组。2组治疗后在胃痛、胃胀、纳差、嗳气、大便不畅等中医症状积分方面均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组;治疗组与对照组胃镜影像变化比较差异有统计学意义,2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:针药并用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气滞血瘀证疗效显著,能改善临床症状与体征,值得推广。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 110 cases were randomly divided into 55 cases in the treatment and 55 cases in the control group. The treatment group received Vitacoenzyme Tablets with combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,the control group received Vitacoenzyme Tablets. 6 months after treatment,the major clinical symptom integral,the change of gastroscopic image,the clinical results,adverse consequences were observed in two groups after the treatment and before the treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 92. 73% and 62. 27%,respectively. The treatment group was significantly superior to control group. The symptom integral such as asteralia,asteremphraxis,anorexia,belching,dyschesia were lower after the treatment than before the treatment in two groups,and the symptom integral in the treatment were lower than that of the control group. The comparison of gastroscope image change between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant. The two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The combination use of acupuncture and medicine has a significant curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis. The method can improve the clinical symptoms and signs and beworth popularizing.
