摘　　要：口腔潜在恶性病变因与口腔癌的发生密切相关而受到世界口腔医学界的关注,而中医药在抗肿瘤治疗中具有独特优势,因此提高此类疾病的中医治疗水平是目前口腔医学界重要的研究方向之一。孟河医派经验认为,"毒瘀阻络"为口腔潜在恶性病变发生、复发及恶变的基本病机,以"通络解毒"法指导临床取得良好疗效,在一定程度上降低了口腔癌的发病率,为目前困扰世界的口腔潜在恶性病变提供了中医治疗思路。Potentially malignant oral disorders may evolve canceration（ oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC）,so it is one of the most concerned diseases by dental medical experts nowadays. While the improvement of Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） on such diseases is an important research because it has great advantages in antineoplastic therapy. Oral disorders which are caused by stagnation of toxin and blood should be treated with Tongluo Jiedu method which is based on the experience of the representatives of Menhe Medicine. In fact,this method obtains satisfied clinical effect,decreases morbidity of OSCC in some degree,and guide the academic thoughts of stomatopathy.
