基于CATIA的起落架拆装车设计及运动仿真

摘　　要：设计了一套应用于大型航空器起落架拆装的工装设备,该设备具有多自由度实现功能,可方便用于起落架拆装。通过起落架上的2个牵引孔进行定位,不会对起落架自身造成损伤,在压缩装配工作时间的同时,也提高了拆装工作的可靠性,且拆装车上定位底座的位置可调节,具有很强的通用性,可实现不同型号的起落架拆装。利用CATIA软件建立该新型起落架拆装车的3D数字模型,通过对模型设置适合的模拟运动副,再进行运动仿真分析,为拆装车的设计提供了理论依据。A set of tooling equipment which can remove and install landing gear has been designed,which can realize the function of multi degree freedom adjustment, making the procedure more convenient. Positioning through two traction holes on the landing gear will not cause damage to the landing gear itself; however, it can shorten the assembly working time and improve the reliability of disassembly and assembly work. The positioning base position is adjustable and has strong commonality, realizing different types of landing gear assembly and disassembly. The3 D digital model of the new dismantle and assemble equipment is built with CATIA. Firstly, the proper joints are added with DMU module, then the kinematic simulation is analyed. The results provide theoretical evidence for the design of new dismantle and assemble equipment.
