摘　　要：目的:观察五音疗法治疗抑郁症患者的治疗作用,从而寻找治疗抑郁症的另一种简单有效的方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,一组采用五音疗法(治疗组,n=30),置于与之相对应的角式调、徵式调、宫式调及羽式调的五音疗室,每3日1次,每次20 min,共6周,另一组采用口服西药米氮平(对照组,n=30),6周后,观察两组其对于抑郁症患者的治疗作用。结果:五音疗法对于抑郁症患者有很好的治疗的作用,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of five-tone therapy in the treatment of patients with depressionand to find out a simple and effective method for treating depression. Methods： 60 patients with depression were randomly assigned into two groups. One group was treated with five-tone therapy（treatment group,n = 30） by stay at five-tone therapy room,once every 3 days,each time 20 min,a total of six weeks. The other group was treated with oral administration of Western medicine mirtazapine（control group,n = 30）. We observed the therapeutic effect of two groups for patients with depression. Results： The five-tone therapy has good effect on patients with depression,worthy of promotion in clinic.
