异常吞咽对上颌中切牙与侧切牙牙根外吸收的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨异常吞咽对上颌中切牙与侧切牙牙根外吸收影响的差异。方法 选择13~16岁异常吞咽患者48名,拍全口曲面断层片,分别测量上颌中切牙与侧切牙的牙根吸收等级,结果经统计学分析。结果 2组的牙根吸收等级差异有统计学意义。异常吞咽对上颌中切牙的影响更大。结论 异常吞咽对上颌中切牙与侧切牙牙根外吸收的影响有显著差异。Objective To evaluate the effect of tongue-thrusting on the external root absorption of maxillary central incisor and lateral incisors. Methods A total of 48 patients（13-16 years old） with tongue thrusting were included in this study. Orthopantomograph was taken and the degree of root resorption of the maxillary incisors and lateral incisors evaluated. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The degree of root resorption of the maxillary incisors and lateral incisors was significantly different （ P = 0. 01 ）. The maxillary incisors were affected more than the lateral incisors by the tongue-thrusting. Conclusion The effect of tongue-thrusting on the external root absorption was significantly different between the maxillary central incisor and lateral incisors.
