西宁市生态环境可持续发展能力评价研究

摘　　要：在构建西宁市生态环境可持续发展能力评价指标体系的基础上,利用层次分析法及判断矩阵对西宁市2001—2010年城市可持续发展能力做出了综合评价。结果表明:西宁市总体的可持续发展能力虽然呈现上升趋势,但发展十分缓慢。最后针对西宁市具体环境与可持续发展现实,提出了经济与环境协调发展的具体对策。The evaluation index system of Xining city＇ s eco-environment sustainable development ability was developed based on the analytic hierarchy process and judgement matrix. Furthermore,the evaluation of Xining City＇ s sustainable development ability between environment and economy from 2001 to 2010 were made by the evaluation index system. The results demonstrated that the Xining City＇s sustainable development ability is taking on slowly increasing trend. Finally,the coordinated development of economy and the environment countermeasures were put forward based on specific environment and coordinated economic development reality of Xining City.
