青海特色作物裸大麦(青稞)的开发及利用

摘　　要：裸大麦在青藏高原称作青稞,是高寒冷凉地区海拔4 000 m地区唯一能成熟的作物,也是青海省的特色作物,开发晚,开发少。随着近年来科技和现代医学的研究,发现它营养丰富,含有丰富的膳食纤维,对人体可防病、抗病、提高人体免疫力,同时它也是维持人体生命的长寿食物。本文对裸大麦(青稞)的开发利用现状进行了阐述,对其功能作用作了介绍,并就市场需求以及开发利用中存在问题进行了分析,同时提出了相应的对策。Highland barley in Qinghai Tibet Plateau area is called,naked barley. It is the only crop that can mature in high cold area above 4 000 m,and a featured crop in Qinghai. Studies with the science and technology and the modern medicine in recent years reveal that it contains rich nutrition and especially rich in dietary fiber,which can be disease prevention,disease resistance,and improve the immunity of the human body. At the same time,it is a longevity food. It is good for growth,circulation and normal metabolism of human body. The development and utilization of naked barley is discussed in this paper,and the function is introduced. The market demand and existing problems are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
