高校档案建设中的违规现象及解决方法——以学生就业档案建设为例

摘　　要：毕业生就业档案建立与利用,是近年来为满足就业工作而出现的新生事物。由于从事就业档案工作的人员少有专业人员,就业档案建设、利用过程各种违规现象层出不穷,给毕业生就业管理工作带来了干扰。笔者根据自己的工作实践,针对高校毕业生就业档案建设中的违规现象,分析违规现象产生原因,并针对所现问题探索性提出解决问题的方法和途径。Graduates file construction and utilization is new as the employment situation becoming urgent in recent years. The problems of violation,utilization and management in archive construction have been uprising because of the nonprofessional staffs,which leads to some problems to the management of graduate employment. According to our own experiences and the violations in the archives building for the employment of college graduates,we analyze the causes of violations and explore ways of solving problems and proposed ways for the current problems.
