摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步,人们对汽车的要求越来越高,汽车新技术也是日新月异,这使得汽车维修人员面临一次次新的技术挑战。文章主要介绍一台青年大客车连续行驶几百公里后出现水温高的故障,经仔细检查、分析、试验,发现故障原因是废气再循环系统的中冷器出现细微裂纹,使得少量高温的废气进入冷却系统所致。with the progress of society, people increasingly high demand forcars,but also change rapidly new technology of automobile, which makes theautomobile repair workers face a new challenge of technology.This paper mainly introduces a youth bus continuous running fault of high water temperature appeared hundreds of kilometers,upon closer inspection, analysis,testing, found that the cause of the malfunction is cooler exhaust gas recirculation system appeared fine crack,so that a small amount of high temperature waste gas into the cooling system caused by.
