独立董事比例、董事会规模与企业绩效

摘　　要：通过对2009~2013年中小企业板上市公司数据进行分析发现,董事会规模的增大会降低企业绩效,独立董事比例的增加在一定程度上会促进企业绩效的提升。研究还发现,公司资产规模,营业收入以及企业负债对企业绩效也会产生一定影响。Through to the 2009- 2013 years small board listed company data analysis,this article find that the increase of the scale of the board of directors will reduce the enterprise performance,the independent directors proportion increased to a certain extent can promote enterprise performance improvement. This study also found that the company＇s assets,business income and corporate debt will impact business performance.
