北京市动物卫生监督所受理举报状况浅析

摘　　要：为进一步发挥举报在动物卫生监督工作中发现线索,保障动物源性食品安全的作用,本文对2012-2014年间北京市动物卫生监督所受理的举报,从时间、区域和类型等方面进行了统计和分析。3年间,市所共受理举报194起,立案查处41起,反馈满意率100%。分析发现,市民对动物卫生监督管理的关注度依然很高,1月和4月的举报数量较多,城乡结合部地区的举报更加集中,有关未附有检疫证明、私屠滥宰、动物诊疗、执法规范性等问题成为市民关注的热点,需进一步强化监督管理并引导群众正确认识举报,提高执法效率。The complains accepted by Beijing Animal Health Supervision Institute were studied in order to play the role of complain in finding clues and protecting animal food safety and analyzed from time, area and type. A total of 194 complaining reports were accepted during 2012 and 2014, including 41 illegal cases, and the feedback rate was 100%. The results showed that the degree of public concern on animal health inspection was still very high; the complains were mostly in January and April and more concentrated in the urban-rural fringe zone; problems such as no quarantine certificates, illicit slaughter, animal clinic, law enforcement standard were becoming the focus of public concern. Supervision and management need further strengthened, and the people should be guided to correctly understand the complains so as to improve the efficiency of law enforcement.
