腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术的临床价值。方法选取64例胃癌手术治疗患者,根据患者的意愿划分为两组,对照组30例实施开腹胃癌根治术,观察组34例实施腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术,对比不同手术疗效。结果两组患者的胃肠道恢复时间、住院时间、并发症对比有差异,P<0.05。结论胃癌患者采用腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical value of laparoscopic assisted distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 cases of surgical treatment of gastric cancer patients, according to the wishes of patients divided to two groups, control group （n = 30） received open gastrectomy, observation group （34 cases of laparoscopy assisted distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer, compared to different surgical curative effect.ResultsThe recovery time, hospitalization time, complications of gastrointestinal tract in the two groups were significantly different,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of laparoscopic assisted distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients is significant.
