厚德强技,文化育人——高职中药制药人才的职业素养养成路径研究

摘　　要：根据厚德强技、文化育人的理念,探索了谦诚勤奋、德艺双馨的高职中药制药人才职业素养的养成路径。主要在于立足专业技能,按照中药制药人才的培养目标和社会与行业对其提出的职业素养要求,全方位运用中医药文化的育人功能,以渗透的方式将文化与技能深度融合于核心课程体系、打造专门的职业素养课程体系、在课外素质拓展课程体系中进一步延伸。并总结了探索的成效和后续实践的思考。According to the ideal of cultural cultivation, the author probed the occupational quality building pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine manufacturing talents which were both smashing on morals and skills. And according to the objectives in talent cultivation and requirements of occupational quality, within all-wave employments of the cultivation functions of the culture of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the author permeated the culture in all the curricula and activities concerned, such as core curriculum for the professional skills cultivating, specially created occupational quality system, extracurricular and out- of-school quality development system. The effect of our productive works was summarized. And the author also discussed the considerations of follow-up practice.
