摘  要:文章介绍了激光扫描技术应用于建筑变形监测领域的意义,综述了激光扫描技术在建筑变形监测中研究应用情况.以宁波市规划大厦变形监测为例,介绍了高程和平面控制网建设及精度控制成果,探讨了兼顾激光扫描仪精度和效率的最佳布站距离,利用高精度全站仪验证了激光扫描仪实测数据的精度,对比分析了前后两期激光点云数据,论证了激光扫描技术在建筑变形监测中应用的可行性。This paper introduces the laser scanning technology applied in the field of monitoring building deformation,laser scanning technology is summarized in monitoring building deformation application research. monitoring Ning Bo Gua Hua Building deformation as an example,this paper introduces the elevation and plane control network construction and accuracy control,discusses the laser scanner accuracy and efficiency of give attention to two or morethings optimal embattling distance,laser scanner is verified the accuracy of the measured data by high precision total station,through analysising two phases of laser point cloud data,demonstrates the feasibility of of laser scanning technology in monitoring building deformation.
