白内障膨胀期继发青光眼60例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障膨胀期继发青光眼的临床治疗方法。方法选取膨胀期白内障继发青光眼的60例(60眼),根据术前房角镜检查结果,分为A、B、C 3组,分别采用不同的手术方式进行治疗,观察3组术前术后视力、前房深度、眼压、视野及术后并发症的变化。结果术后60例患者视力较术前提高,前方深度较术前加深,眼压降低,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;视野随访无进行性损害。结论白内障膨胀期继发青光眼尽早选择适合的手术方式治疗,可以有效控制眼压,提高视力。Objective To explore the clinical treatment of secondary glaucoma in intumescent stage of cataract.Methods Selected gonioscope 60 patients （ 60 eyes ） with secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract, were divided into group A, group B and group C, with different surgical methods, then observed the vision, anterior chamber depth, intra-ocular tension, visual ifeld and postoperative complications.Results The visual acuity of 60 patients was improved compared with the preoperative, and the depth of the front was increased, and the intraocular pressure was decreased,P〈0.01, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The appropriate surgical treatment for secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract as early as possible can effectively control the intraocular pressure and improve vision.
