腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助小切口胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果.方法 选取我院2011年2月-2014年9月收治的进展期胃癌患者65例,随机分为对照组（传统开腹手术治疗）32例、观察组（镜辅助小切口胃癌根治术治疗）33例,对比两组患者临床治疗效果.结果 观察组术中出血量、住院时间及术毕首次排气时间均短于对照组,且观察组治疗有效率为84.82%高于对照组的68.75%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 镜辅助小切口胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌疗效显著.Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy small incision in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Selected 65 patients with advanced gastric cancer from February 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group （ conventional open surgery ） 32 cases, the observation group （ surgery assisted small incision gastric cancer radical mastectomy ） 33 cases, compared to the two groups of patients in clinical treatment.Results The observation group blood loss, hospitalization and surgery time were shorter than the control group, the observed group effective was 84.82% higher than the control group 68.75%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Assisted minithoracotomy radical gastrectomy treatment of advanced gastric cancer effect is signiifcant.
