侧脑室前后角与双侧前角外引流治疗脑室出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同侧脑室穿刺引流方法对脑室出血的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年11月至2014年11月期间在宝鸡市人民医院神经外科进行诊治的脑室出血患者56例作为研究对象。其中28例进行侧脑室双侧前角穿刺引流,28例前后角穿刺引流,观察治疗效果。结果 :侧脑室双侧前角组治疗效果较好7例,轻度残疾9例,重度残疾9例,患者死亡3例,治疗有效率57.1%;侧脑室前后角组治疗效果较好10例,轻度残疾13例,重度残疾4例,患者死亡1例,治疗有效率82.1%;脑室畅通时间、引流管保留时间、意识改善时间、头痛缓解时间、住院时间侧脑室前后角组均优于侧脑室双侧前角组。结论:侧脑室穿刺引流的不同手术方法对脑室穿刺外引流的效果有影响,侧脑室前后角穿刺引流具有较好的临床效果。Objective ：To investigate the efficacy of different lateral ventricle puncture drainage for clinical treatment of ventricular hemorrhage. Method ：56 cases of patients with ventricular hemorrhage between 2011 Nov. and 2014 Nov. were selected and randomized into two groups, 28 cases accepted bilateral anterior horn of lateral ventricle puncture drainage, 28 cases accepted front and back the angle of lateral ventricle puncture drainage, observe the therapeutic effect. Results： 7 cases of bilateral anterior horn of lateral ventricles group treatment result were excellent, 9 cases were mild disability, 9 cases were severe disability, 3 cases died, the effective rate of treatment group 57.1 % front and back the angle of lateral ventricle puncture drainage group treatment result was excellent in 10 cases, mild disability in 13 cases, severe disability in 4 cases, 1 cases died, the effective rate of the treatment of the postoperative 82.1%; The index of postoperative, front and back the angle of lateral ventricle puncture drainage were higher than those bilateral anterior horn of lateral ventricles group. Conclusion ：Different operation methods have different efficacies on treating ventricular hemorrhage. Front and back the angle of lateral ventricle puncture drainage group has better clinical effects.
