摘 要:对小鼠大脑皮层视觉感受区电位信号与呼吸和视觉刺激的关系分别进行了研究和分析.首先,通过对细胞膜神经冲动传导行为的分析,借助H0dgkin-Huxley模型,求解得到了脑电波电位信号.然后,通过小波分解和经验模态分解将小鼠脑电波进行多尺度分解,在不同尺度上将呼吸波与脑电波进行相关性分析.再之后,对小鼠视觉感受区电位信号变化与呼吸对应的脑电波关联性进行分析,建立了消除噪声和放大微弱信号的脑电波分离模型.最后,对去噪后的视觉刺激信号和呼吸信号进行Welch功率谱分析,通过对比不同视觉刺激信号下,呼吸对应脑电波的频率,证明小鼠视觉刺激信号的脑电波成份中不包含图形形状因素.The relationship between local field potential on the cerebral cortex of mice and breathing, visual stimulus were researched in this paper. First, by analyzing nerve impulse conduction behavior of the cell membrane, and using the Hodgkin-Huxley model, the brain potential signal was obtained. Then, the electroencephalogram (EEG) of mice were multiscale decomposed by wavelet decomposition and empirical mode decomposition, a correlation analysis was conducted between respiratory waves and EEG waves across different scales. After that, the relationship between local field potential signal changes of mice and EEG waves corresponding to breathing was researched, the model of EEG waves separation using for eliminating noise and amplifying weak signal established. Finally, the de-nosing visual stimulus signals and respiratory signals were analyzed with Welch power spectrum. Meanwhile, the visual stimulus signals don't contain any graphical shapes factors in the EEG waves of mice was proved by comparing the frequency of EEG waves corresponding to the breathing to different visual stimulus signals.
