摘　　要：建立系统、科学、符合企业业务实际的标准化管理体系,是规范企业各项工作、提高服务水平、提升管理效率和经济效益的重要途径。以国网北京经济技术研究院为研究对象,系统研究了具有电网规划、工程设计与评审、技术经济评估及相关科研职能的电网咨询机构企业标准体系框架,及其标准体系建设的保障措施,对电网经研体系企业标准化建设具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。The establishment of systematic and scientific enterprise standard system conforming to the actual business is an important means to standardize the work of enterprises, improve service levels and improve the management efficiency and economic benefits. Taking the State Power Economic Research Institute as the research object, this paper systematically studies the enterprise standard system framework of power grid consultancy institutions with the functions of planning, engineering design and evaluation, technical and economic assessment and related research, researches the safeguard measures of the standard system construction, providing important reference and guidance significance to power grid economic research institutions.
