摘 要:为了探讨脑挫裂伤的形态学变化及丹参对其治疗的作用。本研究用大鼠 6 0只 ,其中 45只复制脑挫裂伤动物模型 ,取其中 30只进行丹参加胞二磷胆碱钠肌肉注射治疗 ,伤后 2 d、14 d、和 2 8d取材 ,光、电镜下观察脑组织的形态学变化 ,并检测了血清中的超氧化歧化酶与丙二醛。结果证明丹参加胞二磷胆碱钠治疗组脑挫伤区神经元恢复快 ,胶质瘢痕形成早 ,血清中超氧化岐化酶活性高于模型组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,丙二醛含量少于模型组。提示丹参与胞二磷胆碱钠联合应用 。The aim was to investigate the morphological changes and the treatmental effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza after brain contusion. The Feeney's falling body injury method was used to make brain contusion model of 45 Wistar rats. Then the rats were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. experimental group including 30 animals treated with salvia miltiorrhiza and cytidine diphosphate choline through abdominal injection: 15 rats without any treatment as control group. After 2 d, 14 d, and 28 d of brain contusion, we observed the change of morphology at injured area by LM and EM and determined the content of SOD, MDA in serum. The morphological observation revealed that the lesioned neuron restored faster and scar tissue formated early in the experimental group. The concentration of SOD in serum was significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05), the concentration of MDA was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group. The resnlts indicate that it might promote the restoration of brain contusion by treating the rats with salvia miltiorrhiza and cytidine diphosphale choline. The related principles were discussed.
