摘 要:采用超声波辅助提取西南山茶种仁油,研究了超声功率、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对西南山茶种仁油提取率的影响。结果表明,正交实验优化得到的超声波辅助提取西南山茶种仁油的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶9,超声功率200 W,提取时间50 min,提取温度55℃;在最佳条件下,西南山茶种仁油提取率为36.74%。气相色谱-质谱分析结果表明,西南山茶种仁油中主要脂肪酸组成为油酸(78.68%)、棕榈酸(8.59%)、十六碳三烯酸(7.92%)、亚油酸(2.43%)、亚麻酸(1.17%)、硬脂酸(0.81%)、花生酸(0.19%),其中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达90.20%,具有较高的应用价值。The kernel oil was obtained from Camellia pitardii seed by ultrasound -assisted extraction, and the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction time, extraction temperature and solid -liquid ratio on extraction rate of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrasound -assisted extraction of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil were obtained by orthogonal experi- ment as follows : solid - liquid ratio 1 : 9, ultrasonic power 200 W, extraction time 50 min, extraction tem- perature 55℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil was 36.74%. The analysis results of GC - MS indicated that the main fatty acid composition of Camellia pi- tardii seed kernel oil was oleic acid (78. 68% ) , palmitic acid (8.59%) , hexadeeatrienoic acid (7.92%), linoleic acid (2.43%), linolenic acid (1. 17% ), stearic acid (0.81%) and eicosanoic acid (0.19%) ,and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was as high as 90.20% ,which had a high application value.
