摘　　要：近代图书馆事业发展催生了图书馆职业,知识分子对图书馆职业的选择基于时代大背景。本文以图书馆职业发展为背景从公众认知、图书馆建设、图书馆员待遇、人才建设和图书馆协会等多维度展现了时代的要求,又体现了自身的职业特征。Modern library cause cultivated librarian career, the choice of library career by intellectuals is based on the society back- ground. Taking library career development as the background, this paper reflects the requirement of the time and the characteristics of li- brary career from aspects of public cognition, the construction of library, the treatment of librarian, the training of professionals and the library association.
