梁伟雄教授病证结合治疗原发性头痛思路

摘　　要：头痛是一种常见的临床症状,中医治疗原发性头痛有一定的优势。梁伟雄教授从病证结合的角度出发,提出中医临证治疗时,应重视鉴别诊断,辨病为先,辨证候要素为主,兼顾辨识体质证素,既把握证候共性规律,又要体现个性化特点,使临证诊疗重点突出、层次性强、效宏力彰。Headache is common to see in neurological department,and traditional Chinese medicine have large advantages on treating primary headache. Through thinking of how to treat this disease with the ideal of combinating information of diseases and syndromes,Professor LIANG Weixiong proposes that making disease diagnosis of western medicine first and syndrome factor differentiation of Chinese medicine next can do complementary effect for treating this disease. He also proposes the ideal of making syndrome factor differentiation of individual consititution togetherly. Such ideals is new and good to the treatment for primary headache with Chinese medicine and have shown effectiveness,which also reflects the emphasis and arrangement of Professor LIANG＇s clinical ideal.
