保肝消脂汤联合二甲双胍辨证治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对保肝消脂汤联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效展开分析,旨在提高临床药物的正确运用。方法:随机选取2011年9月—2013年9月期间我院接收救治的160例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例给予保肝消脂汤联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组80例单纯给予二甲双胍治疗,对临床数据展开回顾性分析,观察对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)等实验室指标变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.5%)显著优于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药治疗后均无明显不良反应;治疗后两组患者的TC、TG、ALT、AST相比于治疗前均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后TC、TG、ALT、AST改善程度较好,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组临床症状、B超、ALT及血脂等指标复常优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:保肝消脂汤联合二甲双胍治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,标本兼治,显著提高临床疗效,改善生命体征,临床值得广泛推广。Objective：To study the protective liver disappear fat soup in combination with metformin analyzes the clinical curative effect of the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,aimed at improving the correct clinical drug use. Methods：Randomly selected from September 2011 to September 2013 our hospital to receive treatment during the period of 160 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,were divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in observation group to protect liver disappear fat soup in combination with metformin treatment,control group 80 cases simply giving metformin treatment,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,were observed before and after compared two groups of clinical curative effect and treatment of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,and other laboratory index changes. Results：The observation group total effective rate（92.5%）were significantly better than the control group（60.0%）,the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;The two groups after drug treatment has no obvious adverse reaction;Observation group and control group after treatment in the TC,TG,ALT,AST compared with before treatment were improved significantly,the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;And the observation group TC,TG,ALT,AST after treatment is better than that of control group,improve the data statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Liver disappear fat soup in combination with metformin treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,symptoms,significantly improve the clinical curative effect,improve the vital signs,clinical is worth popularizing widely.
