摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是一种临床常见且多发的慢性消化系统疾病,其病程迁延,病机复杂,被认为是主要的胃癌前疾病之一。中医药在防治胃黏膜癌变、逆转病理、改善预后等方面独具特色与发展优势。该文从慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的中医认识、各代医家经验之说、循证医学、动物实验、分子生物学等多角度阐述慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的中医治疗研究进展。Chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）is a chronic disease in the digestive system of human beings with procrastinated disease duration and complicated pathogenesis. It is frequently found in clinical diagnosis and is identified as one of the major factors in precancerous gastric disease. Traditional Chinese medicine,with its unique theory and feature,takes a great advantage in treating gastric mucosal canceration,reversing pathological changes and improving the prognosis. In this review,we summarize research advances in combating precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis by traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding,experience of physicians in generations,evidence-based medicine,animal experiments and molecular biology.
