中医药治疗白血病研究进展

摘　　要：白血病又称血癌,是一类造血干/祖细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,以造血细胞的异常增殖、分化受阻、凋亡受抑并造成正常血细胞减少为特征。目前治疗白血病的手段包括药物控制、放疗化疗和骨髓移植,而化疗是白血病的最主要治疗方法。由于化疗药物的副作用大,在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时也破坏了机体的正常细胞,甚至产生严重的并发症而危及生命。随着医学的迅猛发展,不少学者展开了对中医药治疗白血病的研究,发现某些中药具有靶向抗癌作用,且毒副作用较低,减少了对人体正常细胞的损伤,不仅能够治疗白血病,还能有效缓解并发症,延长患者生存期,改善生活质量,起到了减毒增效的作用。从而让白血病的防治不再局限于单纯的西药化疗的治疗中,而是运用中医药或者中医药联合西药化疗治疗白血病。故近年来许多国内外学者热衷于探讨中药治疗白血病的研究,现该文对中医药治疗白血病的研究进展展开综述。Leukemia,also known as blood cancer,is a kind of malignant hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells cloned disease,It＇s characterized by the abnormal proliferation of hematopoietic cells,Inhibition of differentiation,apoptosis and resulting in a decrease of normal blood cells. Current means of treatment for leukemia include drug control,radiation therapy,chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant,and chemotherapy is the main treatment of leukemia. Because of the side effects of chemotherapy drugs,they can also destroys the body＇s normal cells at the same time of killing tumor cells,and even have serious complications which are life-threatening. With the rapid development of medicine,many scholars carried out the study of TCM treatment for leukemia,they found that some of the targeted anticancer effects of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）which have less side effects,can reduce the damage to human normal cells,they can not only cure leukemia,and they can also effectively alleviate the complications,longer survival period,improving the quality of life,so they have the effects of toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing. Thereby the prevention of leukemia is no longer confined to the treatment of pure western medicine chemotherapy,but the use of traditional Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine with western medicine chemotherapy therapy of leukemia. Therefore,in recent years,many scholars at home and abroad are keen to explore Chinese medicine treatment of leukemia,now in this paper,the research progress of Chinese medicine treatment of leukemia were reviewed.
