探讨甘草泻心汤防治5-FU所致黏膜炎

摘　　要：5-FU是肿瘤内科常用的抗恶性肿瘤化疗药物之一,尤其是作为抗消化系肿瘤的主要药物。患者在接受其抗肿瘤作用的同时,也承担了其黏膜毒性带来的不适。有将近80%的患者出现胃肠黏膜炎症,常见的消化系不良反应有：恶心、呕吐,腹胀、腹泻,Ⅲ~Ⅳ度消化道黏膜炎的症状发生率达到20%~50%,然而目前的治疗也较局限。笔者就5-FU所致的黏膜炎机制,探讨甘草泻心汤在保护胃肠黏膜方面的功效,希望能够从甘草泻心汤获益,减轻患者消化系不良反应,改善生活质量,减轻经济负担。5-FU is one of the most common anti-tumor agents which is used frequently in medical oncology,especially as the main drug for malignant alimentary diseases. Patients will receive its antitumor effect,at the same time,they also suffer from uncomfortable caused by the mucosa toxicity. Nearly 80% of the patients appeared gastrointestinal mucositis,the most common digestive reactions are：nausea,vomiting,abdominal distention,diarrhea,et al. The incidence of Ⅲ~Ⅳ degrees of digestive tract mucositis was up to 20%~50%,while the current treatment is limited. In this paper,according to the mechanism of mucositis caused by 5-FU,we exploring the effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction on protecting alimentary systematic mucosa,hoping to get benefit from it,and consequently,alleviate chemotherapy-induced digestive symptoms,improve life quality and reduce the economic burden in cancer patients.
