摘　　要：高等学校的考试是检验教学效果与人才培养的一个重要方法,随着高校规模的不断扩大,考试管理的不断深化,与之相伴也出现了一些问题。作为教育管理者应该与时俱进,建立以人为本、科学、文明、严格的高校考试管理制度,为教学质量的全面提高提供有力的保障,促进学生的全面发展。Higher education examination is an important method to test teaching effects and personnel training,with the expanded scale,deepening the examination management,and there also appeared some problems. As the educational management should keep pace with the times,to establish a people-centered,scientific,civilized,strict college examination management system,provide strong guarantee of improving teaching quality,and promote all-round development of students.
