摘　　要：学校体育是国民体育的基础,有助于培养学生高尚的思想品德和坚强的意志品质,对增强民族体质和提高竞技体育水平有重要的战略意义。参阅多位体育学术界国外学校体育研究论著,通过中外学校体育教学模式、教学理念、教学大纲、教学内容和教学评价等比较研究,探讨中外学校体育基本理论体系、产生条件、性质特征、研究方法和哲学思想的异同,为中国学校体育宏观决策、战略研究、体制改革和教学科研提供理论依据和对比借鉴。The school sports is the foundation of the national sports to cultivate the students＂ ideological and moral character and noble quality, strong will to strengthen national constitution and raise the level of competi- tive sports has important strategic significance. Refer to sports academic school sports research works abroad, through the Chinese and foreign school sports teaching mode, teaching concept, teaching program, teaching content and teacher training, etc, this paper discusses the comparative study between Chinese and foreign school sports basic theory system, generation condition, nature characteristic, the research method and the phi- losophy of the similarities and differences, for Chinese school sports macro decision, strategic research, system reform and the teaching and scientific research to provide the theory basis and the reference for comparison.
