摘　　要：基于气缸轴向尺寸短、使用可靠、寿命长久耐用等优势,用气缸代替传统切料系统中的弹簧。切料刀采用气缸复位,启动快、反应灵敏,实现了切料系统的自动化控制。The axial dimensions of pneumatic cylinder are short, which makes the operation reliable and obtains a long service life. The pneumatic cylinder has been adopted for blanking tool resetting with the characteristics of rapid start and quick action. Thus in this way, the automation control has been carried out.
