摘　　要：根据车轴产品的成品尺寸,设计出符合机械加工余量要求的锻件,再根据锻件尺寸设计出锻造型砧。采用本设计型砧,保证了车轴轴颈、轮座和轴身的同轴度,均衡了车轴各部位的加工余量,减小了锻件毛坯重量,降低了材料消耗。According to the finished axle sizes, the forging which meets the requirements of machining allowance has been designed and accordingly the forging die has been designed. By use of this die, the concentricity of axle journal, wheel set and body of axle has been ensured. The machining allowances of each part on the axle have been balanced. The forging blank weight and the material waste have been reduced.
