摘  要:静压传动是目前工程机械传动形式的发展方向,在叉车的传动系统中已广泛开始应用。目前我国绝大部分都是采用了国外比较成熟的产品,而缺乏对于静压系统的深入系统研究以及静压系统在使用中的安全状况分析。介绍了静压系统叉车的基本原理,并对叉车在使用中的故障进行了归纳和分析。Hydrostatic transmission, which has been broadly applied in the transmission system of forklift trucks, is the direction of transmission types of engineering machinery development. In most cases in China, the ready and mature for application overseas products are used, but there is no systematic study on hydrostatic transmission system as well as safety conditions analysis of hydrostatic transmission system in usage. This paper introduces the basic principle of forklift trucks with hydrostatic transmission system and further conducts common malfunction analysis. In the end, this paper also summarizes the current situations and forecasts the trend of safety inspection of forklift trucks.
