摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌超声特征与分子生物学指标ER、PR、C-erb B-2及Ki-67之间的相关性。方法:收集本院2012年1月-2014年6月收治的107例女性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床资料,对其超声资料及分子病理学指标进行分析。结果:有毛刺征患者的ER、PR阳性表达率均高于无毛刺征患者,有微钙化征患者ER、C-erb B-2及Ki-67的阳性表达率均高于无微钙化患者,有可疑淋巴结患者的C-erb B-2阳性表达率高于无可疑淋巴结患者,血流信号丰富患者的C-erb B-2阳性表达率明显高于血流信号不丰富患者,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺浸润性导管癌超声表现与分子生物学指标之间存在一定的相关性,通过超声特征可预测此类乳腺癌细胞ER、PR、C-erb B-2及Ki-67的表达情况,为临床评估患者的生物学行为和预后、指导综合治疗方案提供参考。Objective: To investigate the correlations between ultrasonographic features and molecular biological indexes such as ER ( estrogen receptor ), PR ( progesterone receptor), C-erbB-2 ( human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ) and Ki-67 in invasive duct carcinoma of breast ( IDC ) .Method: The data of 107 IDC patients who were in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were collected.Their uhrasonographic data and immunohistochemical pathologic results were analyzed.Result: The positive expression rates of ER, PR in patients with spiculation were higher than those in patients without spiculation, the positive expression rates of ER, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in patients withmicrocalcification were higher than those in patients without mieroealeificaion, the positive expression rate of C-erhB-2 in patients with suspicious lymph node was higher than that in patients without suspicious lymph node, the positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 in patients with rich blond flow signals was higher than that in patients with poor blood flow signals, lhe differences above were all statistically significant ( P〈O.05 ) .Conclusion: There is a certain correlation hetween uhrasonographic features and molecular biology markers in invasive duet carcinoma of breast. The expression results of EF1, PR, C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 of IDC can be predicted according to the uhrasonographic features, which can provide a basis for the biologic behavior assessment, prognosis and clinical treatment.
