摘　　要：井冈山精神是以毛泽东为代表的老一辈无产阶级革命家培育的中国革命精神,其在当代中国仍闪耀着光芒,具有不可磨灭的价值。"坚定理想信念提高党性修养"培训班学习,使思想政治教育工作者对井冈山精神有了更深刻的认识,继承这一份宝贵的精神财富并使它发扬光大是我们义不容辞的责任。An Image Watermarking algorithm based on DCT is proposed using the characteristics of the human visual system. First of all, calculating the embedding threshold according to HVS features, and then using the threshold for adaptive embedding watermark in different block. The algorithm ensuring the robustness and achieve the better transpareney through simulation experiments.
