摘　　要：以武夷学院高分子材料与工程专业为例,探索服务地方应用型人才培养体系的转型。分析地方性新建本科院校服务地方应用型人才培养体系存在的问题。提出高分子材料与工程专业服务地方应用型人才培养改革措施,包括一体化、多层次实践环节运行模式;整体优化、科学合理的实践教学体系;以强化岗位技能培养为特色的实验教学体系;紧扣应用型人才培养,提高学生的综合实验技能。The reformation of serving local practical talents of polymer material and engineering in case of Wuyi university were discussed and explored. The problem of serving local practical talents of new undergraduate colleges were presented. The reform measures of serving local practical talents of polymer material and engineering, including the integration and multilevel practice link operating modes, the overall optimization and scientific and reasonable practical teaching, experimental teaching with characteristic of skills training, focusing on practical talents training and improving students comprehensive experimental skills were presented.
