论学生参与高校决策的主体设计

摘　　要：主体设计是构建学生参与高校决策机制的基础,也是最重要的一个环节,其科学化与规范化直接影响学生参与高校决策的效果。以学校、学生、决策事项三个视角为切入点,对学生参与高校决策的主体设计方法进行了宏观层面的阐述,并针对目前高校治理中学生作为参与决策主体在身份、意识、能力、参与方式等方面不明确的主体缺陷,提出了包括相关性维度、能力维度、心理维度和目标一致性维度在内的四维度主体选择法及相应的评价指标。树立学生参与决策的民主法治意识、提高学生参与决策能力以及明确学生参与决策方式等一系列构想与策略的实施,有利于进一步提高学生参与高校决策主体设计的科学性与操作性。Subject designing is the foundation and important step to the mechanism of university participahon in decision - making, and itsscientization and normalization will affect the result of student participation in decision- making directly. This study elaborates the method of subject designing in the macro level from perspectives of univer- sity, student and decision-making matters. According to the problems in student participation in decision-making, such as undefined position, consciousness, capability, psychology, goal congruent dimensions and evaluation indexes, the paper proposes thatuniversities establish the democratic and legal consciousness of students, improve the ability of students, clear the participation ways of students and so on. These strategies will make subject designing of student participation in decision-making more scientific and operable.
