开放式创新、技术创新动态能力与企业经营绩效——基于上市IT家族和非家族企业的对比研究  

Open Innovation,Dynamic Technological Innovation Capability and Business Performance——A Comparative Study based on the Listed IT Family and Non-family Firms

摘　　要：本文以沪深A股上市IT家族和非家族企业为研究样本,以2009-2013年的面板数据为依据,就家族企业和非家族企业开放式创新、技术创新动态能力与经营绩效之间的关系进行对比研究。结果发现:相对而言,家族企业开放式创新对技术创新投入能力和产出能力的促进作用较弱,但对技术创新转化能力的支持作用较强;开放式创新有利于提升企业、特别是家族企业的市场绩效,但并不能实质性地提升企业的财务绩效;家族企业技术创新投入能力对经营绩效的促进作用强于非家族企业,但技术创新产出能力、技术创新转化能力对企业经营绩效的正向效应弱于非家族企业;家族企业经营目标函数中有关"社会情感财富"的考量,使其技术创新动态能力对财务绩效的提升作用弱于非家族企业。Taking the listed IT family and non- family enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares as research samples,based on the 2009- 2013 panel data,this paper conducts a comparative study on the relationship among open innovation,dynamic technological innovation capability and operating performance between family firms and non- family enterprises. The results show that： compared with non- family firms,open innovation of family business plays a weaker role both in the input and the output capability of technological innovation,while it has a stronger promoting effect on transformation ability of technological innovation; open innovation will contribute to enterprises＇ s market performance,especially the market performance of family firms,but will not substantially improve the financial performance of the companies; the effect of input capability of technological innovation contributing to business performance in family firms is considerably superior to that of non- family ones,while the promoting effect of the output capability and the transformation ability of technological innovation to operating performance is significantly inferior; constrained by social emotional wealth in the operational objective function,family firms＇ transformation ability of technological innovation has a weaker promoting effect on financial performance when compared with non- family competitors.
