摘　　要：非遗保护与旅游开发出现脱节所引发的文化生态环境遭破坏、旅游资源利用方式不合理等问题,在本质上反映的是利益相关者的利益协调问题。本文通过构建利益相关者的利益平衡模型,并运用结构方程和通径分析法对模型和假设进行检验,构建非遗旅游利益主体关系图谱,划分利益主体的关系类型,为非遗旅游和谐开发提供思路。The main root of the problems of destruction of the ecological environment and the unreasonable method of tourism resource utilization caused by out of line between intangible cultural heritage protection and tourism development is interest coordination of stakeholders. By constructing interest balance model of stakeholders and making use of structure equation and path analysis,the paper tests the model and hypothesis,constructs the relationship map between intangible cultural heritage tourism stakeholder and divides the relationship model of the stakeholder,in order to provide ideas for the harmonious development of intangible cultural heritage tourism.
