摘　　要：近20余年,炎症性肠病(IBD)的相关研究飞速发展,对其发病机制的深入研究、相关药物的不断开发及各种临床试验的开展和总结为IBD的治疗提供了循证依据和动力,使得近年来IBD治疗的选择方案更加广泛,治疗经验也更加丰富。文章就目前IBD治疗现状、存在机遇以及中国面临的挑战进行阐述,为临床IBD治疗提供参考。Researches on the pathogenesis, therapeutic drugs and clinical trials of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD） had been developed quickly in recent years, which provided evidence and more choices for the treatment of IBD. Nowadays we have more experiences and knowledge in the management of IBD, but there are still a lot of opportunities to catch and challenges to face. In this article, we mainly introduce current opportunities in the treatment of IBD and challenges we are facing in our count.
