摘　　要：通过对塑料模的服役条件及失效形式的研究,从材料选择、结构设计、机械加工、热处理及表面处理等方面,提出了延长塑料模具使用寿命的主要对策,对生产实际具有一定指导意义.Through the research of the service condition and failure mode of plastic,the main countermeasures to prolong the service life of the plastic mould are put forward from the aspects of material selection,mechanism design,mechanical processing,heat treatment and surface treatment.
