摘  要:目的探讨基于科研文献精读的本科生自主学习式教学法的教学效果及应用推广的必要性。方法借鉴学术研讨会(Seminar)的组织和讨论形式,在本校生物技术专业《微生物遗传学》课程的教学中引入基于科研文献阅读、讲解和讨论的新型教学方法,通过对五届学员进行问卷调查,分析总结该教学法的教学经验。结果 97%的学生认为在大学高年级(大三以上)学生中开展文献精读有意义。结论基于科研文献精读的本科生自主学习式教学法可充分激发学生自主学习的潜能,实现理论与实践的结合,最终达到教研相长的效果。Objective The teaching effect and the necessity of application and promotion on scientific literature-based learning are investigated.Methods A new teaching method for the students major in biotechnology in microbial genetics course, which is originated from seminar and organized by a small-size class in which a group of students engaged in original research discussion under the guidance of a professor were applied.This paper analyzed the teaching effects of the scientific literature-based learning combined with the students'questionnaire.Results A total of 97%students thought this kind of teaching method was meaningful during studying in university.Conclusion The new teaching method can spur the potential of students'self-learning and promote their learning enthusiasm as much as possible, and then realize the combination of theory and practice, finally to improve the level of teaching and research in university.
