摘  要:蓄电池储能电站(BESS)灵活的运行控制可以很好地满足电网调峰填谷的要求,有效降低负荷波动。本文在负荷预测的基础上,从储能电站充放电量均衡的角度,提出以一个边际负荷值来确定电站充放电运行状态的控制方案。考虑储能电站实际容量限制,将定边际负荷控制改进为负荷区间控制;在确定运行状态的基础上,对实际运行控制提出分时分档匹配的方法,计算储能电站全天充放电功率。针对实时负荷与预测负荷存在偏差的问题,提出了结合储能电站电量预测值对电站实时运行控制进行调整的方法。仿真实验表明了该控制方案的有效性和连续性。The flexible controlling of battery energy storage system is very suitable for the load shifting of power system. Based on the load forecasting, a threshold value considering power equalization can be set to determine the charging and discharging state of the storage system. However, the capacity of the storage system is limited in practice. So the scheme based on a single threshold value can be improved as a load interval. Once the running state of the system is determined, the value of real-time power exchange can be timeshare segment matched. Since there must be a deviation between real-time load and load forecasting, an adjustment method considering the predictive power of the storage system is proposed. The effectiveness and continuity of the scheme are verified by simulation.
