摘　　要：供应商的评价选择是供应链合作关系运行的基础。合理选择供应商能在一定程度上起到整合供应链的作用,降低营运风险。文章通过对供应链供应商的选择影响因素进行分析,构建供应链供应商评价指标体系,利用模糊层次分析法对供应商选择进行综合评价,可以对供应商的综合实力进行合理判断,能够充分揭示供应商选择的内在规律,确保对供应商的选择作出正确评价。Assessment and selection of suppliers is the fundamental issue in SCM. Smart selection of supplier will have substantial positive effect on supply chain integration, and reduce operational risks. This article will introduce the methodology of making accurate evaluation on suppliers by analyzing the substantial factors in choosing suppliers, structuring evaluation system, using FAHP to give comprehensive assessment on suppliers, in order to discover essential principle of supplier sectioning process and ensure the correctness of assessment and selection.
