摘　　要：高校专业课教师与学生事务工作者的关系,并非简单逻辑意义上的"一加一",基于对学生学习文化、学习期待及学习认识等方面有不同的理解,从不同的文化与学习心理模型的角度探讨了高校专业课教师与学生事务工作者的内在关系、工作领域的割裂和高校行政架构的分离,提出加强双方对合作重要性的认识和促进双方合作的协同等措施。This study aims to explore the inherent relationship and collaborative approach toward the work of faculty and student affairs staff in the perspective of culture and psychological models in learning. It stressed that the faculty-staff relationship is not a simple one-plus-one, but a distinct understanding of learning culture, learning expectancy, learning perception, etc. It displayed the separation of their work and administrative institutions, therefore emphasizing the need to enhance their cooperative awareness and coordination.
