摘　　要：目的:研究p33ING1b与p53在胆管癌中的表达情况,探讨它们与胆管癌临床病理参数间的关系,及两者的表达在胆管癌中的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,检测40例胆管癌组织与20例正常胆管组织中p33ING1b与p53的表达情况。结果:p33ING1b和p53在胆管癌中的阳性表达率分别为55.0%(22/40)和57.5%(23/40),而在正常胆管组织中阳性表达率分别为100%(20/20)和0(0/20),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。p33ING1b与p53在胆管癌中的表达与年龄、性别、胆红素水平、肿瘤直径大小及肿瘤所在部位无相关性(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、神经侵犯及肿瘤的TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。p33ING1b与p53在胆管癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.472,P<0.01)。结论:在胆管癌组织中,p33ING1b呈低表达,而p53呈高表达。提示p33ING1b与p53可能参与了胆管癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移的过程。Objective： To study the expression of the p33ING1 b and p53 in cholangiocarcinoma and the relationship with its clinicopathological parameters, to investigate the correlation between two of them in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods： The expressions of the p33ING1 b and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 40 cases cholangiocarcinoma tissue and 20 cases normal biliary duct tissue. Results： The expression of p33ING1 b and p53 was positive in 55.00%（22/40）and57.50%（23/40）respectively of the cases with cholangiocarcinoma, and 100%（20/20）and 0（0/20）respectively of the cases in normal biliary duct tissue（all P〈0.01）. The expression of p33ING1 b and p53 in cholangiocarcinoma was relating to degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis,perineural invasion and TNM-staging（all P〈0.05）, and no relation to age, gender, serum bilirubin level, metastasis of tumor and site of tumor（all P〉0.05）. The expression of p33ING1 b was negatively correlated with that of p53 in cholangiocarcinoma（r=-0.473,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： In cholangiocarcinoma tissue, The expression of p33ING1 b was reduced and the expression of p53 was over-expression. It suggests that p33ING1 b and p53 may be involved in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.
