56例腹腔镜结肠脾区结肠癌根治术临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助下不同入路法行脾区结肠癌手术的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法 :2012年1月—2014年6月56例结肠脾区结肠癌患者根据手术入路方法的不同,分为观察组和对照组各28例。观察组采用中间入路法,对照组采用侧方入路法,比较两组患者围手术期相关指标。结果:观察组和对照组手术时间、术中出血量、术后通气时间、腹腔引流液总量、住院天数、住院费用及C-反应蛋白等指标,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中间入路法符合肿瘤的根治原则,是一种安全、有效的手术操作方法。Objective： To expere the curative effect analysis on colon spleen area cancer by laparoscopic radical operation, it provides reference for clinical. Methods： 56 cases patient with colon spleen area cancer were collected from January 2012 to June 2014. according to the different method of surgical approach, they were divided into observation group and control group, observe group adopted middle approach method, control group used the lateral approach method,perioperative related index of two groups were analyzed. Results： According to the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative ventilation time, postoperative abdominal drainage fluid,hospitalization days and total hospitalization expenses and c-reactive protein of two groups were compared. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The middle approach meet a radical cure principle standard.It is the safe and effective surgical operation method.
