血管内皮生长因子及其受体Flt-4在结肠癌组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体Flt-4在结肠癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其与结肠癌组织淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用半定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)的方法检测50例结肠癌组织中VEGF和Flt-4的m RNA表达水平。结果:Ⅲ、Ⅳ期结肠癌组织中VEGF m RNA、FLT-4 m RNA的表达量明显高于Ⅱ期肿瘤组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF及其受体Flt-4的高表达与结肠癌的增殖和淋巴结转移有关。Objective： To explore the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and its receptor, fms-related tyrosine kinase 4（Flt-4）in colon cancer. Methods： Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）was performed to investigate and analysis the gene expression of VEGF, Flt-4 in colon cancer. Results： The electrophoresis band brightness of VEGF m RNA and its receptor Flt-4 m RNA express in stage III and IV of colon cancer were higer than stage II group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The overexpression of VEGF and its receptor Flt-4 are significantly correlative with the proliferation of cancer cells and lymphatic metastasis.
